By accessing and using app.rotopaintwala.com ("Web App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Web App is owned and operated by Black Fxtudio.

1. Account Security & Access

  • Access to this workspace is strictly gated and restricted. Users must input manual credentials provided during onboarding.

  • Third-party sign-ins are intentionally disabled to maintain confidentiality. You are responsible for keeping your workspace keys and passwords secure.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Limits

  • All temporary review media uploaded onto the platform remains the property of the respective studio or client.

  • Users agree not to attempt to bypass the platform’s security features, including the automated watermarking tools on video downloads.

3. Communication Rules

  • The platform enforces a secure communication framework. Any attempts to bypass the automated "Data-Leak Sanitizers" (which restrict sharing personal contact numbers or emails) may result in immediate suspension of account privileges.

4. Third-Party Integrations

  • Our system interfaces with Google Meet for external conferencing and Razorpay for payment settlements. By using these features, you agree to comply with their respective platform terms.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy :

At Black Fxtudio / Roto Paint Wala, we deliver boutique-quality, labor-intensive VFX services (including Rotoscoping, Paint, and Cleanup). Because our services involve customized digital manual labor allocated per frame, we follow a strict refund and cancellation framework:

1. Project Cancellation

  • Clients can request to pause or cancel a project before the actual rendering cycles or manual tracking artists begin allocation.

  • Once a shot project is actively marked as "In-Progress" with frames processed on the Project Matrix, cancellation will only halt future unrendered frames. The frames already completed up to that timestamp are billable.


2. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Due to the specialized nature of VFX manual work, refunds are not provided for shots that have already been rendered, completed, and pushed into your secure Vault folder.

  • Revision Framework: If a clip does not match the original specifications or frame guidelines provided, clients must use the built-in "Doodle/Annotation" review tools within the timeline viewer to log modifications. We commit to executing necessary cleanups and revisions to meet initial project briefs.
